  • Hexaform AT A GLANCE...

  • The Hexaform is a 6-spoke design built with flow-forming technology. TWO spoke profiles are available (A & B). Shown is A profile. Available in a NEW! Gloss White, Matte Bronze and Matte Black finishes! We’ve integrated feedback from our motorsport teams, racers and drivers into both of our new designs this year. We’ve pushed the face out and allowed for as much brake caliper protrusion as well as overall brake diameter near the drop center. This provides excellent caliper clearance for big brake car and aftermarket big brake kits.

    • What is Flow Forming?

Flow Forming Technology involves the application of pressure to the inner barrel of the wheel, while spinning & after it has been casted. This process shares similarities to that found in the forging process in which the aluminum molecules are compressed resulting in a lighter & stronger wheel with greater shock resistance & elongation properties.

    • The process of flow forming starts out with a precisely casted wheel that’s narrower then its final width.

    • The wheel is spun under heat while applying pressure to the inner wheel.

    • The end result has arrived to it’s desired width & is now stronger, lighter & shares properties of that of a forged wheel.

    • During the manufacturing process, a casted wheel, which has been designed to have a separation between the center portion of the wheel and the spoke, is precisely machined with a special tool from the backside of the wheel. This allows that area behind the face of the wheel and spokes to have a specialized machining effect. Some of these effects include a smooth area, a machined area and even a recess in which a stripe can be painted into.

** Weights are approximates and may vary. **
*** A Profile = Less concave, more caliper clearance. / B Profile = More concave, less caliper clearance (mostly used on rear). **
